Cortana AI is a UK studio building voice-first AI for the people whose work is skilled but still runs on paper, Excel and 30-year-old software. We're twin brothers, and we'd rather build something honest than something hyped.
Why we started
We're twin brothers, and we started Cortana AI for a simple reason: some of the most skilled people in the country — engineers, lawyers, surveyors, accountants — still spend half their day fighting paper, spreadsheets and software built decades ago.
We think voice-first AI can give that time back. Talk through the work; let specialist AI handle the admin behind you. That's the through-line behind everything we build.
One studio, two halves
Cortana AI, the studio, designs, builds, integrates and secures AI for businesses — websites and marketing, AI consultancy, bespoke applications, and security & compliance.
Cortana Applications, our product line, is where the voice-first idea ships: LiftAI for lift firms, Cortana Counsel for solicitors, and more verticals to come.
The studio funds and sharpens the products; the products prove what the studio can do.

Ben builds the products and leads technical delivery — the AI agent frameworks, the engineering, and the studio's own tooling. If it ships, he's had his hands in it.

Co-founder & Operations Director
Toby runs delivery and client relationships, and brings hands-on, real-world operations experience to how we build — so the work fits how businesses actually run.
